We used these loo's for our wedding! They were extremely communicative before our wedding, when they dropped them off they explained everything to us! We had no problems at all!

The loos themselves were fine, and clean - would have been 4 *s. What has reduced it to one is their attitude when a couple of important things went wrong. First, they failed to collect the loos until a day late, greatly inconveniencing the farmer whose land it was (and then told me it was always planned. It wasn't - I have the original booking). Also, the handwashing water ran out 4 hours into a 2 day event, leaving us to try to supply drinking water or sanitiser for 180 people. The taps ran for ages wasting so much water, even so I doubt there would have been enough. The manager has told me it was our fault for not contacting their emergency number, which no one had told us about anyway - and we were in the middle of a wedding - and anyway there was no top up water available, a fact we had always made clear. If there had been even a hint of responsibility and a generous discount, I would have accepted the mistake, but the arrogance and don't-care attitude have compounded the dissatisfaction. Don't use Andyloos if you want to have a reliable facility at your important event.

We hired a shower unit for our wedding in June. The unit itself was great, once they had found the right connections and got it set up it did the job. Sadly the service left something to be desired... we had specifically asked for a separate storage tank of water so we could fill it up before the event as we were worried about the water - no such tank was included. We also made sure to check specifically what gas to buy to heat them, and we were advised to buy calor gas as it wouldn't be included - when they arrived it was included and in fact we didn't need as much as we had bought anyway so it was a total waste of money and time. Add that to the fact that the poor lad who came to install could barely speak English, he seemed nice enough but communication was quite difficult. He didn't have the right connectors for the tap and had to come back the next day. He did get it sorted eventually but I wouldn't bother hiring from AndyLoos again.
