Broadland Toilet Hire

I wanted to share my excellent experience with Toby from Broadland Toilet Hire. He managed to maneuver a three bay toilet block into a difficult space at the venue. However, it subsequently needed to be moved even though I had signed off on it. He came back later in the day (after he had picked up his daughter from school!) and repositioned the loos, even suggesting a much better spot for them! He didn't grumble or groan throughout the process and came across as a genuine and likeable chap - keen to get things right for the client despite the difficulties the job was presenting. I highly recommend him. Thank you Toby for helping make our event a great success!

1 star, would score zero if I could. Broadland Toilet Hire delivered a shower block to our wedding in 2015. They didn't plumb it it, nor did they announce that they were 'on site' so that anyone else could. By the time we realised our venue office was closed with the essential pipework and fittings locked inside. Consequently 40 guests attended our wedding having had no shower. When we complained their 'Alix Stimpson' sent us a sarcastic email while we were on our Honeymoon. Would have posted this sooner but didn't realise we could until now. A very poor service.
