Not really a reputable company when it comes to describing a product being purchased online. Had I know that the tables were not full stainless steel I would never have purchased them. Absolute cowboys and really best to be avoided. Shame their reviews don’t allow pictures to be shared but added to photos.

Very poor customer service. Paid £700 for an item which malfunctioned after only a few weeks. As it was second hand I wasn’t particularly angry, but their after-care was dreadful, they didn’t seem to want to help at all, just argued with me and gave me no practical solutions. Would steer well clear and use a national organisation with a decent level of customer service. One tip; use a domestic credit card when buying from these people, that way if the goods (like mine) aren’t fit for purpose, you’re covered under the Consumer Credit Act.

Always found this a top class place. Bought all my catering equipment from them for years. Very knowledgeable and helpful, the big guy in charge is very professional. Extremely surprised to see a bad review couldn’t disagree more. Customcatering
