We have been working with Davlav for some time and have always been met with professional and helpful staff. This week, even going out of their way to deliver the next day to help us, despite the short notice. Great Service

 Hidden Tax on Quotation The initial quotation provided did not include tax, and staff confirmed the charges without clarifying that tax was excluded. The team later implied that customers should automatically assume tax would be added because they are a taxpayer business. This is misleading and falls short of clear and transparent communication, as customers should not be left to make such assumptions.  Late Delivery of Toilet The toilet delivery was explicitly requested for the morning and confirmed by their staff. However, it was delivered late in the afternoon, causing inconvenience and disrupting the planned schedule.  Delayed Servicing The toilet was agreed to be serviced at the end of each week, but the servicing was only carried out toward the end of the second week after multiple follow-up calls. This lack of adherence to the agreed timeline is unacceptable and raises concerns about reliability.  Delayed Collection and Additional Charges When Davlav was contacted to collect the toilet, it was only picked up five days later. This unnecessary delay left the toilet on-site longer than needed, raising suspicions that this was an attempt to increase charges unfairly.

Beware these are bunch of fraudsters, I have ordered watet for my new site and they purposely sent the watet with no tank so therefore they didn’t deiver my water because of no tank, at the end they swallowed my whole £900 that I have paid. These are thieves and very dishonest people
