Got rudely awoken at 7am this morning, van left in middle of road, engine running while they empty a portable toilet left in the middle of a housing estate , what makes this a joke is the toilet hasn't been used, nobody is working here, no building is happening in the area and they have the pumps running and waking families for no reason. This isn't a new build development, literally they have dumped this toilet in our turning circle, fenced it off and now clean something that's not in use.
