Dont use. Happy to hire out - not attentive in their offhire. Toilet left for 11 days without servicing - still not collected - customer service team keep referring to management to phone back - have been told 'might be collected Friday'. Poorly managed, bad service.

Awful experience using euroloo whilst our bathroom was being renovated. Keep contacting to request a service as full and chemical run out and keep being told someone is coming today but no one shows. Now been almost a week since they first said they were coming to service and 2 weeks since it was last serviced (meant to be weekly). Really poor service and communication.

The portable loo hasn’t been picked up despite 3 phone calls and being assured that the toilet will be picked up asap. It’s been sitting on my drive even though the builders left at the beginning of June. I am at a loss as to what to do and have unfortunately resorted to writing a review.
