3 months agoA totally awful experience hiring a portaloo from Euroloo. During a 6-week hire the toilet was emptied only once, during the first week. Repeated calls to arrange for it to be emptied were met with commitments to come and do it, but alas, no one ever turned up. My builder hasn't been able to use the loo for the past month because it's so disgusting in there. What a waste of £312. To top it off, I off-hired the loo 2 weeks ago - no surprise that they didn't turn up to collect it when they said they would. It's still sat, stinking, outside my front door.

9 months agoTerrible service! Steer well clear. Regularly turning up, unannounced, to clean already cleaned toilets. Obviously no communication between office staff and drivers. During their last visit, unannounced, the third that week and not required, the driver damaged our festoon lighting and just left without letting anyone know. On discovery it was reported to head office but nothing has been done about the damage and no one in a managerial position, not even the owner, has had the balls to contact us back, just leaving it to the poor office staff to deal with our calls. Shocking customer service to boot, lack of integrity and very unprofessional. Some much better businesses out there so shop around and avoid these cowboys!
