Absolutely 5 star deserving. Not only did they listen and give feedback on design for disability inclusion, but they stayed in contact 24/7 for any concerns or issues with the unit. We had a fake complaint that we were trying to figure out and Andy was very helpful in helping us to resolve remotely. (lady claimed the water went cold and told people the floor was wet) The shower was so good including a brilliant hand held for ladies and wheelchair users to get directional coverage to all areas. The bars are navy so stand out beautifully for those with partial sight loss and a fold out seat in the shower means that transfers are easily made. My only extra suggestion would be to add a braille floor plan to the outside for those with complete sight loss to tick more boxes. Customers stated good pressure, easy to use, nice easy access ramp, good temperature. Cleaners said easy to clean. Installation and maintenance were super easy and customer service second to none as a festival organiser. Hoping to book in again for next year x Ps image shows unit in situ as of gradient of front ramp.

I'm involved with a local community group and I've also organised events of my own where we've needed to provide toilet facilities for attendees that range in numbers from just 50 through to several thousand. These facilities are delivered on time by friendly staff, they're clean, well ventilated and well equipped with toilet roll, hand sanitisation and foot operated flush. I have no problem recommending them to you and I'll be using them again in the future I'm sure

I would recommend this company to anyone putting on an event that require posh loos , the staff are professional and friendly a special mention for Josh who turned a potential disaster into a roaring success by putting us in touch with melody corporation who came straight away with a generator and all the leads after we were badly let down by another hire firm. All 250 of us had a wonderful party.
