I recently visited Wats Cracking to pick up a seafood boil for a Friday night date, and my experience was absolutely exceptional. Initially, I had some difficulty finding the place due to a discrepancy in the address listed online. What should have been a quick trip turned into an hour of walking and missed directions. Just as I was about to give up, I decided to call the restaurant, and that decision completely changed my experience. The lady who answered the phone was an angel! She stayed on the line with me throughout my entire journey, calmly guiding me despite my frustration and ensuring I found the restaurant. When I finally arrived—exhausted, sweaty, and hungry—she welcomed me so warmly. She offered me water to help me relax, introduced me to the kitchen, and even let me sample their incredible seafood boil before I left with my order. Her kindness didn’t stop there. She made sure I booked an Uber safely, and she even walked me to the car before heading back to her cooking. Her thoughtfulness and attention to detail were beyond anything I could have expected. On top of this exceptional service, the food was phenomenal. The Cajun sauce was flavorful and delicious, and it’s clear the food was prepared with so much love and care. The restaurant itself was clean, inviting, and beautifully set up. This was easily one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I’m so grateful for her empathy, patience, and genuine care. It’s rare to find people who go out of their way like this. I’ll definitely be returning to Wats Cracking for the amazing food and outstanding service! Highly recommend!
