Lakes Loos

Mitigated experience with Lakes Loos. Their product works great and the person who installed it was really nice, but their customer service is a disgrace. We booked with them a specific loo model for our wedding. They unexpectedly and last-minute changed our model for a lower-range one as they had not properly surveyed the access to the area. We agreed to it and been told we would receive back the price difference. When requesting the payment back as advised, the customer service manager became aggressive and very unprofessional, asking instead that we should pay them back more money given all the trouble he got himself into to change the model. What a joke.

We spoke to various toilet suppliers for our wedding but Lakes Loos stood out by a mile with their attentive customer service, on site they worked with us to resolve the best place for the units despite the venues space options being extremely limited and awkward for what we were trying to achieve. The units blended in, were spacious, clean and worked perfectly throughout the day and evening. We hired 2 x 1+1 units and we can highly recommend. Thank you Lesley & David.

Hired a loo for Christmas very last minute to provide for a family member who wouldn't be able to get up the stairs. Fair price which I had quoted based on the nearest town, and this didn't increase when I told them we were in a village a few miles further on (gave 'em an extra tenner anyway). Would definitely use again! Thanks guys
