Local Toilet Hire Ltd

We hired a 1+1 Standard Unit and whilst it fit the spec: the age and condition of the unit was not nice. It just smelled too much and the maintenance visits didn't stop the leaks from the old unit nor fix the smell. The steps are very steep and missing anti skid treads, the grab bars feel insecure and the floor feels as though it's going to break through. You can see in the photos that this unit leaks. This unit was serviced 1x a week. The service engineer was nice and cleaned the side of the unit each week.

CHARGED FOR DAMAGED TOILET. We hired a toilet that was vandalised and then someone tried to clean it off damaging the plastic. We were then issued an invoice of £725+VAT stating "The plastic is damaged and this is the cost of replacing it". The liability was not clear at the beginning of the hire and they do not offer insurance to cover any damage to the toilet that may occur - WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

BEWARE , Avoid. The driver came for collection , he did not collect , very rude and arrogant. Giving childish reasons that the toilet that is moved from where it was (On the STREET!!) to 3 meters on drive way. They put the toilet back on Hire and sent me an invoice. I was forced by them to move the toilet to the street using a scooter and a skateboard to the street and scheduled another collection. very unprofessional and forced me to pay the delivery again or they call debt collector.
