Hired a toilet from these and couldn’t be more happier brilliant service provided from start to finish by the two lads who delivered and serviced the toilet each week we had it.The work men doing our renovation always commented how clean they was and the lads are funny and well mannered will definitely recommend to others and use them again thank you again!

Shocking service throughout, from start to finish. Had a unit almost a year ago for a few weeks, fully paid for and when we were done we notified them straight away. We were given false promises on collection dates for weeks on end, it has now been 9 months and we have not had any response to emails or calls. They are aware of the unit but cannot be bothered to collect. Will be taking legal action to claim costs. Stay away from this company at all costs.

The toilet was delivered on time, and after the work on the house was completed and we notified the company to collect the toilet, it was not removed straight away. It was finally collected a couple of weeks later, though we had to keep chasing them by e-mail to come for it. Telephoning them is a waste of time as there is rarely anyone there to speak to. We then had to wait several weeks for the correct invoice to arrive (various bills showing a 'nil' amount kept arriving in the meantime), and that correct invoice was paid by us promptly. Since then they have been constantly harassing us requesting payment ( as though we hadn't paid ), and telling us that their records show that the toilet is still on hire! They consistently ignore my e mails and have now sent us a 'revised' bill for over £500! This whole situation is out of hand and has turned into a sick nightmare, and we are now having to seek legal advice as their administration is dire and very unprofessional.
