We were travelling on the M25 when we were suddenly struck by a large lorry, forced off the road, and our tyre blew. I was with my daughter, and we were both extremely shaken — my daughter was crying and very distressed. Almost instantly, Gary pulled up in front of us. He jumped out, came straight over, and immediately asked if we were okay. He told us to take a few minutes, then went and spoke to the lorry driver, saying, “You’ve driven into them girls.” Gary had nothing to do with the accident — he was simply passing by — but he went above and beyond to help us. He gathered all the details, took photographs, exchanged numbers, and even offered us water. Most importantly, he made sure we felt safe and reassured at a very frightening moment.
