I was let down by another company so I’ve decided to give FER a go. Glad that I did-the service was Superb from start to finish. Received very helpful advice. The process was quick.The units arrived on time! I would use this company again.

I have not been told by FER my contacts ended, ive been fighting since may to get the quiptment returned to them. They don't tell you that once your contract has ended you have to pay a fee of £600+vat to have the equipment returned to them. Until its time to return the equipment. Apparently the renter has to pay the fees for returning the equipment after the contract ends. Has to be the most corrupt company I have used. I over paid by £700+ and they are refusing to give me it back, I'm now taking fer to court

One star isn't enough for this company. Have been mucked around from day one. I had to delay our opening day which resulted in loss of earnings and having to still pay staff. Delivery had been cancelled twice and when they did try to deliver the 3rd time this was attempted to deliver at one of our other stores and then got cancelled again when they were again given the delivery address. Don't waste your time with this company
