Signature Blue Vintage Events

Edited review - We booked a toilet unit for our wedding about a year ago, after seeing one at another venue. The unit itself is great, exactly what we wanted & nice extras like the chalkboard on the front. We had significant problems with the unit over the course of the rental period, and ultimately didn’t get much use out of the unit, however since speaking to Chess who runs the business she has agreed to a fair refund and profusely apologised. In light of her explanation, refund and offer of another hire for free, I am amending my review because the unit itself is exactly as described, and I do believe we just had a one-off bad experience. Chess’s customer service following the issues has been excellent, and it would be a pleasure to deal with her again in the future.

Chess from Signature Blue events was fantastic. The Toilets were beautiful and so fitting for our modern rustic wedding in Salcombe. She made sure everything went smoothly with our venue owner and even delivered the unit early to make sure it fitted in the space before our marquee. Definitely recommend signature blue events for really lovely event toilets!

Hired a trailer for our recent wedding. It was a different spot to navigate into but the team had a positive can do attitude. The trailer was clean and the outside chalk board was a fun addition. We did have a customer issue however Chess dealt with this professionally and apologised. Would use the company again if needed.
