I recently hired a chipper from Smiths and was thoroughly impressed with the entire process, thanks in large part to Anna Norton & Andy B. From the moment I contacted the company, Annas kind professionalism, knowledge, and efficiency stood out. She guided me through the rental process with ease answering all my questions with clarity and patience. Andy B. processed the order and demonstrated an impressive command of the system taking off and adding services as i required and a pleasant manner to deal with. The chipper itself was exactly as described, well-maintained, and perfectly suited for the job at hand. I’ll undoubtedly be using Smiths again in the future.
