Prompt communication and reliable, hired a tub for my partners birthday weekend. Really simple process and would use again!

Tom was brilliant, took care of everything and really went the extra mile. His time management was perfect and dropped off when most suited us. Showed us how to use the tub and just let us get on our day while he set it all up. 10/10 would definitely recommend!

Tom stepped in at the last minute when another company cancelled on us. The hot tub was in excellent condition and the service and installation was seamless. I'd definitely recommend to others and use Velvet again.
