Contacted Lucy with a problem with our Septic Tank who took all my details. A phone call shortly after with Giles and some photos and he arrived the next day with a solution 2 other “specialist” companies didnt know. Not only were we technically out of area, he was patient, resolved it and lifted a weight of our shoulders.
